  • Products that have been opened or used (unless damaged or defective).

  3. Ship the Product: Once you have received the RA#, you must return the product to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions (unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories).
1.4 Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds for accepted returns typically take 7-10 business days to process.
  • The amount refunded will exclude the shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order for a physical product, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can proceed with a return after receiving the product, as per our return policy.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

For damaged or defective items, we will cover return shipping costs. Please include clear photographs of the damage or defect in your email so that we can assist you promptly.


5. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
